Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a modernization team responsible for 22 key initiatives executed by Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).
- Formulate and manage modernization policies, guidance, and legislative frameworks to enhance engineering and T&E methodologies.
- Devise innovative technical solutions to complex challenges faced by the DoD.
- Cultivate a community of practice among essential stakeholders, including government entities, industry experts, and academic institutions.
- Ensure cohesive alignment among Systems Engineering, Operational Test and Evaluation, and Test Resource Management strategies.
- Direct major technical projects employing formal engineering principles and rigorous quality control protocols.
- Pioneer unique methodologies for evaluating technology, risk, performance, and capabilities.
- Orchestrate and coordinate project activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional ability to drive innovation and implement progressive solutions.
- Strategic foresight with a talent for aligning stakeholders and advancing organizational objectives.
- Expertise in process optimization and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated history of setting ambitious goals and achieving substantial results.
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in an engineering discipline or a related field.
- Over 20 years of experience in engineering and technical leadership roles.
- An Active Secret clearance is required, with the capability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
