Join our dynamic team as a Modernization Chief Engineer and play a pivotal role in reshaping the engineering landscape within the Department of Defense (DoD) Test and Evaluation Enterprise. Key Responsibilities

• Steer a dedicated modernization team, supervising 22 critical initiatives managed by Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).
• Formulate and enact policies, guidance, and strategic initiatives to elevate engineering and test and evaluation practices.
• Craft technical solutions to address intricate challenges faced by the DoD.
• Cultivate a collaborative network involving government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions.
• Ensure coherence among Systems Engineering, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), and the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC).
• Direct substantial technical projects applying established engineering methodologies and quality assurance protocols.
• Innovate analytical approaches for assessing engineering strategies, risk evaluations, and performance metrics.
• Oversee and coordinate project teams to guarantee successful outcomes.
