Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the ACT team, including staff scheduling and conducting daily team meetings.
- Ensure that clients receive top-quality care by guiding their recovery journey and coordinating comprehensive treatment plans.
- Forge partnerships with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community organizations to address the holistic needs of clients.
- Oversee clinical documentation to guarantee compliance with ACT standards and regulatory requirements.
- Foster professional growth within the team through training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Assist team members in managing urgent situations to ensure immediate and effective responses.
- Conduct quality assurance audits to assess service effectiveness and implement enhancements for improved client outcomes.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience working with individuals facing chronic medical conditions, mental health disorders, and/or substance use disorders.
- At least 2-4 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating a commitment to mentoring and team-building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and standard software applications.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and advocate effectively for clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
- Master's degree in a related field required.
- Must hold a valid mental health clinician license (LICSW or LCPC) in Washington, DC.
