Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key referral partners to enhance community support.
- Strategically develop a territory plan that integrates existing partnerships with new opportunities for outreach.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring inquiries are effectively converted into admissions while achieving monthly KPIs.
- Provide education to patients, families, and community members regarding treatment options and best practices.
- Deliver engaging presentations at hospitals, private practices, schools, and relevant agencies to promote available services.
- Organize facility tours and community events that foster awareness and enhance referral networks.
- Participate in local travel to attend meetings and reinforce community partnerships.
- Assist the clinical team with discharge planning, ensuring appropriate referrals for ongoing care.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Capability to build and sustain robust relationships with referral partners.
- Self-motivated approach with a proactive mindset.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, behavioral health sciences, or a similar field is preferred.
- Prior experience in mental health or behavioral health is highly desirable.
- Experience in marketing and/or outreach is considered beneficial.
