Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key referral partners.
- Strategically develop a territory plan that optimally balances existing collaborations with new prospects.
- Manage the admissions process adeptly by effectively converting inquiries into admissions, achieving set performance indicators.
- Provide education to patients, families, and referral sources regarding available programs and services.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to a variety of stakeholders, including hospitals, private practices, schools, and community organizations.
- Conduct facility tours and engage in community events to enhance awareness and fortify the referral network.
- Travel within the community to attend meetings and broaden professional relationships.
- Assist the clinical team with discharge planning by identifying suitable care facilities for continued treatment.
- Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of treatment modalities and best practices for addressing substance use and co-occurring disorders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Self-driven and proactive in approach.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or behavioral health sciences is preferred.
- Previous experience in the mental health or behavioral health field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing and/or outreach is advantageous.
