Your contributions will be vital in connecting those in need with appropriate resources and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key referral partners.
• Strategically develop a territory plan that optimally balances existing collaborations with new prospects.
• Manage the admissions process adeptly by effectively converting inquiries into admissions, achieving set performance indicators.
• Provide education to patients, families, and referral sources regarding available programs and services.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to a variety of stakeholders, including hospitals, private practices, schools, and community organizations.
• Conduct facility tours and engage in community events to enhance awareness and fortify the referral network.
• Travel within the community to attend meetings and broaden professional relationships.
• Assist the clinical team with discharge planning by identifying suitable care facilities for continued treatment.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or behavioral health sciences is preferred.
• Previous experience in the mental health or behavioral health field is preferred.
