- Establish and nurture relationships with primary referral partners to enhance community connections.
- Create a strategic territory plan that aligns existing partnerships with new opportunities for growth.
- Effectively oversee the admissions process, ensuring inquiries are successfully converted into admissions while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide essential education to patients, families, and referral sources regarding available treatment programs and services.
- Deliver impactful presentations to various stakeholders, including hospitals, private practices, schools, and community organizations.
- Organize facility tours and engage in community events to amplify awareness and strengthen the referral network.
- Travel frequently within the community to foster professional relationships and attend pertinent meetings.
- Collaborate with the clinical team in discharge planning, identifying suitable care facilities for ongoing treatment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

- Knowledgeable about treatment modalities related to substance use and co-occurring disorders.

- A bachelor's degree in marketing or behavioral health sciences is preferred.
- Prior experience in the mental health or behavioral health field is advantageous.
