Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead customer success and outbound marketing strategies for our B2B SaaS offerings.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and business development teams to ensure exceptional customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewals.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Iterable, and Zapier to optimize workflows and enhance processes in sales and customer success.
- Manage partner relationships to achieve revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Enhance the onboarding experience and provide valuable insights into customer adoption and engagement.
- Establish effective communication channels between the customer success team and partners, advocating for their needs internally.
- Oversee and refine operational processes, working alongside the enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team on B2B campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support strategic initiatives that enhance partner relationships.
- Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Technical expertise in CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Asana.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
- Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
- A proactive self-starter capable of managing high levels of responsibility.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing enterprise-level client relationships, preferably within the media industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a SaaS context.
- Experience with CRM tools and data reporting is essential.
