In our ongoing journey of expansion, we are seeking a Director of Customer Success & Marketing Operations to lead and enhance the customer journey, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiencies for our enterprise B2B SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead customer success and outbound marketing strategies for our B2B SaaS offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, and business development teams to ensure exceptional customer engagement throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewals.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Iterable, and Zapier to optimize workflows and enhance processes in sales and customer success.
  • Manage partner relationships to achieve revenue objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Enhance the onboarding experience and provide valuable insights into customer adoption and engagement.
  • Establish effective communication channels between the customer success team and partners, advocating for their needs internally.
  • Oversee and refine operational processes, working alongside the enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with the marketing team on B2B campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making and support strategic initiatives that enhance partner relationships.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Technical expertise in CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Asana.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • A proactive self-starter capable of managing high levels of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing enterprise-level client relationships, preferably within the media industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a SaaS context.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data reporting is essential.
