- Manage operational budgets and software systems while ensuring effective cost management.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on attendance, sustainability initiatives, and operational metrics.
- Oversee cybersecurity training and vendor management processes.
- Supervise the Operations Coordinator, offering support in office administration, social media, and recruitment efforts.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, TriNet, and HRIS/PEO platforms.
