Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging, high-quality training content, such as e-learning modules, instructional videos, guides, and additional resources.
- Ensure that all training materials remain current, relevant, and in alignment with industry best practices.
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining user-friendly and up-to-date course content.
- Collaborate with the Training and Operations team to design and implement comprehensive training programs for onboarding, continuous education, and operational excellence.
- Create content that facilitates smooth transitions for teams adopting new initiatives, tools, and practices.
- Liaise closely with franchisees, field teams, and internal departments to accurately assess training needs and develop effective resources.
- Analyze the engagement and effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to enhance outcomes.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or training, ideally within a franchise setting or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Demonstrated creative and technical skills, including proficiency in e-learning software, graphic design applications, and video editing tools.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities, with a flair for simplifying complex concepts.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player who excels in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.
