Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and revenue cycle management to align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership across IT, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Central Supply, and Patient Access departments.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and board members to enhance operational effectiveness and sustainability.
- Supervise budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving financial performance and access to rural healthcare services.
- Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to further rural healthcare initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication across the organization for transparency and alignment.
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance mandates, and financial best practices.
- Represent the organization in the community as well as with external partners to foster relationships.
- Masterful financial management competencies, with a robust grasp of revenue cycles and healthcare compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- A strong commitment to rural healthcare and a passion for serving the community.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing multiple programs.
- CPA certification is preferred.
