Compensation And Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from \(262,650 to \)355,350 USD, with potential variable compensation based on location, experience, and job-related skills. Bonus and equity opportunities may be available.

Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a holistic enterprise sales operations strategy that aligns with corporate objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure effective strategy and annual plan integration across teams.
- Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and GTM operations teams to promote seamless communication and unified goals.
- Implement industry best practices for sales pipeline management and sales execution, continually assessing data for growth opportunities.
- Evaluate and adopt technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, working with Revenue Enablement and IT for a cohesive tech ecosystem supporting the entire customer journey.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor revenue operations effectiveness, providing insights for executive decision-making.
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing revenue operations team, endorsing a culture of continuous learning and professional advancement.
- Extensive expertise in managing Sales, Marketing & Support Operations with a focus on vision-setting and strategy formulation.
- Proven ability to build relationships across GTM, Finance, HR, IT, and Product teams to drive collaborative success.
- Experience leading global teams and dismantling silos to foster cooperation across different time zones.
- Insightful in providing thought leadership on industry best practices to enhance brand visibility and valuation.
- Exceptional executive presence, comfortable engaging with C-level executives in high-level strategic discussions.
- 15 years of leadership experience with a track record of success in the SaaS industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
