Job Overview

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, you will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction of our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will hold the pivotal responsibility of enhancing our revenue streams, brand identity, and market engagement. This leadership role presents an exhilarating opportunity to significantly influence our business trajectory by nurturing growth, fortifying our brand, and driving sustained success. You will engage collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to uphold our market leadership and leverage the momentum we have established.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and stimulates growth in brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement.
  • Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure marketing initiatives remain on course, adjusting strategies based on insights derived from data.
  • Assume full accountability for marketing operations, encompassing systems, processes, and workflows to guarantee operational excellence.
  • Act as the steward of our brand, ensuring consistent and authentic representation across all platforms.
  • Spearhead end-to-end demand generation strategies that transition prospects into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain alignment on pipeline targets and bolster revenue growth.
  • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for successful market penetration.
  • Organize and lead the execution of annual customer conferences and other significant events.
  • Foster robust relationships with industry analysts to strengthen our credibility and market recognition.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI evaluation.
  • Capacity to inspire and lead teams while nurturing a collaborative culture.
  • In-depth understanding of growth marketing, demand generation, and business development.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Over 15 years of marketing experience, showcasing a proven record of leadership within SaaS environments.
  • Extensive experience in guiding brand, demand generation, and product marketing teams, particularly in scaling marketing operations within Series B or growth-stage companies.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from \(250K to \)275K, along with variable compensation.
