Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive, data-informed marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and stimulates growth in brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Continuously monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure marketing initiatives remain on course, adjusting strategies based on insights derived from data.
- Assume full accountability for marketing operations, encompassing systems, processes, and workflows to guarantee operational excellence.
- Act as the steward of our brand, ensuring consistent and authentic representation across all platforms.
- Spearhead end-to-end demand generation strategies that transition prospects into loyal customers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maintain alignment on pipeline targets and bolster revenue growth.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for successful market penetration.

- Extensive experience in guiding brand, demand generation, and product marketing teams, particularly in scaling marketing operations within Series B or growth-stage companies.
