Position Title: Senior Vice President of Marketing

Job Overview

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing, you will spearhead the marketing strategy for our dynamic organization, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is pivotal in fostering revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and establishing our leadership in the market. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership—you will drive our next phase of growth while nurturing a culture of collaboration and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement a data-driven marketing strategy aimed at elevating brand awareness and driving demand generation.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing efficacy and ensure ongoing improvement based on analytical insights.
  • Oversee marketing operations, ensuring effective lead management and workflow alignment with RevOps for optimal execution.
  • Champion brand stewardship, maintaining consistency and authenticity in all customer interactions.
  • Develop compelling messaging that clearly resonates with target audiences and differentiates our brand in the marketplace.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels and live events to establish a robust marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to synchronize pipeline objectives and foster revenue growth.
  • Cultivate a vibrant customer community through advocacy initiatives and user engagement events.
  • Design and execute strategic partner and channel marketing programs to enhance demand and bolster key alliances.
  • Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
  • Conduct market research and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities and expand into new markets.
  • Construct a comprehensive content strategy to assert thought leadership through various platforms.
  • Plan and execute flagship events while managing relationships with industry analysts to enhance our market presence.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (15 years) in marketing leadership roles, ideally within the SaaS sector.
  • Expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a metrics-driven approach to success.
  • Mastery of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate high-performing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Track record of successfully scaling marketing teams within growth-stage organizations.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base salary ranging from \(250,000 to \)275,000, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
  • Competitive equity package with annual evaluations.

  • Fully remote position with travel as necessary and a $500 home office stipend upon hire.
