We are in search of a forward-thinking and accomplished marketing leader to join our expanding organization as the Vice President of Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C segments. You will lead a dynamic team responsible for diverse marketing functions, including content creation, community engagement, SEO, paid advertising, and brand development. Your vision for growth will be essential in propelling our journey from a prominent U.S. family-based immigration brand to a globally acknowledged leader in the migration sector. As a crucial member of our executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement a holistic marketing strategy aimed at achieving sustained growth across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Spearhead product marketing and positioning across various market segments, service tiers, and geographical locations.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives that foster customer engagement and stimulate organic growth.
  • Direct the demand generation and sales enablement efforts to attract new clientele and bolster brand recognition in the B2B sector.
  • Cultivate and elevate a high-performing marketing team by recruiting top talent, promoting a culture of innovation, and creating a structure that supports long-term achievements.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to track market trends, customer behaviors, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure cohesive efforts and deliver exceptional customer journeys.
  • Champion brand positioning, messaging, and identity across all marketing platforms, while enhancing our presence in traditional media and online communities.
