Key Responsibilities

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration across all organizational levels.
- In-depth financial acumen, with the ability to convert strategic visions into practical operational models.
- Proven expertise in operations management, risk assessment, human resources, and nonprofit compliance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex projects across diverse teams, driving organizational effectiveness and measurable success.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nonprofit governance and fundraising principles.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related discipline (Advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, demonstrating familiarity with governance, fundraising, and operational leadership.
