- Spearhead strategic planning efforts to elevate revenue across all product and service lines.
- Manage client support initiatives, leveraging both internal and external resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HIPAA regulations, and risk management protocols.
- Regularly assess and enhance the firm's wealth management product and service offerings, ensuring they maintain premier quality.
- Stay abreast of industry developments to keep the firm's offerings competitive.
- Drive the recruitment and onboarding process for high-caliber advisors.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the benefits package available for advisors and staff.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to ensure comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and strategies among advisors and staff.
- Explore and implement innovative technology solutions to improve client and advisor services.
- Organize and oversee client and prospecting events, ensuring effective solicitation of financial support from strategic partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key external partners to ensure seamless business operations and high service standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship for staff development, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
- Support advisors in effectively managing their businesses through coaching on various operational aspects.
- Assist advisors in setting up technology systems and back-office processes to streamline operations.
- Lead marketing initiatives, including enhancing brand visibility and developing strategic marketing plans.
- Collaborate with firm partners to implement a cohesive growth strategy that integrates all product lines to maximize revenue.
- Travel as necessary to uphold best practices and support growth initiatives across multiple locations.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration, both internally and with external partners, to deliver exceptional support and service.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
- 15 years of experience within the financial services sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, annuities, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, and alternative investments.
- Strong relationship management skills to build credibility and foster partnerships.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on mentoring and strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both written and oral presentations.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
- Required licenses: Series 7, Series 65⁄66, Life and Annuity.
