- Spearhead the implementation of the company's business strategy, concentrating on achieving quarterly revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the owner to formulate and execute comprehensive business strategies, plans, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate performance metrics and analytics to inform strategic business decisions.
- Oversee and manage non-lawyer support staff and external vendors.
- Direct recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure business policies and procedures are thoroughly documented, organized, and regularly assessed for compliance.
- Supervise financial operations encompassing budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
- Directly manage a remote team, instituting best practices for effective communication and workflow.
