About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned CFO to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling accounts receivables, improving profitability, developing policies and procedures, preparing financial statements, and providing required reporting. You will work closely with our CEO and Business Office Manager to communicate results and monitor areas of weakness.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role in a healthcare setting. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred. You should have a working knowledge of hospital financial operations, federal and local tax regulations, and all business office, accounting, payroll, and other administrative office operations. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this position.
