We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to a visionary CEO. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and schedule with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Coordinate business meetings, travel itineraries, and event logistics seamlessly.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Draft emails and manage communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, messages, and requests efficiently.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs for executive meetings.
  • Assist in managing confidential business and legal documents with care.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and key initiatives to ensure follow-through.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, franchisees, and external partners as necessary.
  • Handle personal errands and administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Organize household scheduling and manage vendor relations if needed.
  • Support the execution of strategic projects and initiatives by organizing files and records.
  • Liaise with key executives, franchisees, medical professionals, and associates.

Required Skills

  • 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant to a C-level executive or business owner.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for managing digital communications and scheduling software.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, anticipate needs, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare, franchising, or business operations is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
