Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer advocate at the executive level.
  • Articulate and communicate the product vision and roadmap to C-suite executives, board members, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead recruitment and retention initiatives for the product team to cultivate a high-performing, agile workforce.
  • Ensure alignment across departments, focusing on high-impact projects.
  • Provide transformative leadership to product managers and prioritize initiatives based on business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and various departments to offer integrated product solutions.
  • Formulate and communicate strategic plans for distinct product lines in partnership with marketing.
  • Define value propositions and competitive positions for each product offering.
  • Drive product innovation incorporating data-driven insights and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and testing to uncover significant product development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and implement product updates.
  • Leverage agile methodologies to align the roadmap with KPIs across all teams.
  • Assess required resources for success and evaluate the team's performance against goals.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in leading and scaling product management functions within high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • Demonstrated passion or experience in book publishing, photography, design, or creator-centric sales and marketing.
  • Strong capability in executing complex product strategies and managing financial resources.
  • Experience with M&A and integration strategies, overseeing multiple acquired solutions.
  • Successful track record in crafting and implementing innovative product visions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, including the CEO and board.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise software infrastructure and experience working alongside engineering teams.
  • Established history of building high-performing teams while fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong emphasis on integrity and humility.

Qualifications

  • A robust history in product leadership and strategic planning is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
