- Address inquiries related to benefits, ID card requests, eligibility, billing, and payment processing.
- Accurately update patient profiles and personal information through data entry.
- Utilize advanced technology and dual-screen systems to track interactions and maintain compliance.
- Proficient bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage a high volume of calls.
