Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, assisting members with questions related to benefits, eligibility, billing, and payments.
- Conduct data entry tasks, including the maintenance and updating of member profiles.
- Utilize dual screens and modern technology to track interactions, ensuring compliance and efficiency in service delivery.
- Offer professional and empathetic customer support to ensure an exceptional experience for all members.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (assessment required).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on communication.
- Ability to efficiently navigate technology and dual screens.
- At least 6 months of call center experience or 2 years in a customer service role.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge of healthcare services is advantageous but not mandatory.
