Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars of attorneys, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time efficiency.
- Organize and monitor CLE (Continuing Legal Education) credits, including scheduling courses and submitting necessary documentation.
- Oversee document scanning, organization, and storage within our document management system (NetDocs).
- Assist in time management via CenterBase.
- Track and facilitate document execution processes.
- Promptly and professionally handle phone calls, delivering excellent client service.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
- Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents along with case materials.
- Effectively communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain exemplary attention to detail and organization throughout all tasks.
- Proven experience of 5 years as an Administrative or Executive Assistant, preferably in a legal environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Comfortable working with Mac operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by excellent proofreading capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and workflow management.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in providing administrative support or executive assistance within a legal or professional services context.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
