Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a caseload of post-release services cases, emphasizing family preservation and child welfare.
- Conduct thorough home assessments to evaluate safety and suitability for placements.
- Deliver continuous case management support, including assessments, planning, and educational resources for both children and their sponsors.
- Partner with local resource providers to gather information necessary for comprehensive evaluations.
- Implement trauma-informed care and short therapeutic interventions to meet the needs of families.
- Maintain regular communication through virtual and in-person home visits.
- Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with program standards.
- Act as a mandated reporter, addressing any signs of abuse or neglect.
- Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement efforts.
- Travel nationally for in-person visits, which may include evenings and weekends.
- Empathetic listening and the ability to ask insightful questions to understand client needs.
- Proven track record of building trust with diverse populations.
- Strong adaptability and solution-oriented mindset in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Superior organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of case management experience.

- Experience with immigrant communities and trauma-informed practices.
- Familiarity with family preservation, kinship care, and child welfare regulations.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both verbal and written).
- Competent in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationwide.
