Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to early childhood care programs through both remote and in-person interactions by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Conduct training sessions for childcare program directors and staff using various formats, including live and webinar-based training.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training materials for both in-person and online sessions.
- Support client retention strategies and facilitate onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
- Maintain accurate records in reporting databases and generate regular reports on products and services.
