Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategies that promote the adoption of our AI products, ensuring a smooth transition to AI-integrated workflows while minimizing challenges and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Develop scalable onboarding processes, training modules, and ongoing success management frameworks, aligning them with healthcare workflows and compliance standards.
- Establish and monitor key success metrics focused on clinical efficiency, patient satisfaction, and practice ROI, presenting clear dashboards that illustrate the real-world benefits of our AI solutions.
- Partner with our medical team, including co-Chief Medical Officers, to align success strategies with clinical best practices and healthcare delivery objectives.
- Enhance the customer journey by mapping the transition from traditional models to AI-enabled care delivery, identifying opportunities to streamline adoption and optimize value.
- Create and oversee a feedback program to gather insights from clinicians and staff, utilizing this information to inform product development and service enhancement.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to establish a foundation for organizational growth by developing healthcare-specific playbooks and best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success roles, with at least 2 years managing strategic accounts or leading success teams.
- Proven strategic thinking capabilities and a history of developing and executing success strategies that lead to measurable business results.
- Demonstrated expertise in optimizing and scaling customer success processes and methodologies.
- Strong data analysis skills to effectively illustrate customer value and ROI.
