Key Responsibilities
- Steer the implementation of strategic objectives that are in line with the overall goals of the franchise brand.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure processes operate seamlessly while providing vital support to franchisees.
- Continuously evaluate business processes, recommending enhancements to boost performance and efficiency.
- Manage various information systems and applications aimed at improving franchise operations.
- Supervise the onboarding and training processes for new franchisees during their initial six months.
- Regularly assess financial results, adjusting operational strategies as needed to meet monthly EBITA targets.
- Administer essential operational tools including G Suite, WordPress, Franchise360, Remote Server, CFS, AdWords, and QuickBooks.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal protocols, maintaining the highest ethical and business practices.
- Promote a culture of respect and ethics while providing exceptional service to stakeholders.
- Champion franchisee satisfaction by leading a dedicated support team.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to a diverse team across departments.
- Strong skills in operational and financial management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, with a focus on ethics and professional development.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, capable of coaching and training franchisees to achieve their business aspirations.

- A minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, ideally within the construction or similar industries.
- Experience within the franchising sector or specifically in the fencing industry is advantageous.
- Availability to travel up to 25% of the time.
