- Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize schedules, facilitate meetings, and ensure punctuality across all engagements.
- Email Management: Oversee the executive’s inbox, respond to correspondence, and maintain clarity and professionalism in all communications.
- Outreach & Coordination: Assist in client and partner outreach, managing follow-ups and ensuring polished and effective communication.
- Project & Task Management: Leverage platforms such as ClickUp or Notion to monitor projects and meet deadlines.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for client and vendor interactions, facilitating clear communication and scheduling calls.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct thorough research to assist in identifying potential leads and vendors, providing well-structured summaries to support informed decision-making.
- Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Utilize tools like Loom to deliver updates and explain processes effectively.
- Outstanding writing and communication capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in achieving goals.
- A curious mindset with a readiness to learn about new subjects.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (website builders, Google Analytics, Canva) is advantageous.
- Competence in managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Technologically adept, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software (experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Loom is a bonus!).
- Previous experience as an assistant or in a comparable role is preferred.
