Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and ensure timely execution of appointments.
- Email Management: Oversee the inbox, manage responses, and maintain professionalism and clarity in all communications.
- Outreach & Coordination: Support outreach efforts to potential clients and partners, scheduling follow-ups and ensuring polished communication.
- Project & Task Management: Utilize project management tools to track progress and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary liaison for clients and vendors, facilitating calls and ensuring effective communication.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on potential leads or vendors and compile information to aid business decisions.
- Provide Updates and Training via Videos: Utilize asynchronous communication tools to deliver updates and walkthroughs, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- You possess outstanding writing skills and can articulate ideas clearly via email, phone, Slack, or video.
- You are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, thriving on completing tasks efficiently.
- You have a curious mindset and a willingness to learn about new topics.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (website builders, Google Analytics, and basic visual design tools like Canva) is advantageous.
- You are adept at managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
