- Email Management: Oversee the inbox, respond to emails promptly, and ensure important communications are handled with professionalism and clarity.
- Outreach & Coordination: Support outreach efforts to potential clients or partners, schedule follow-ups, and maintain polished communication.
- Project & Task Management: Employ project management tools, such as ClickUp or Notion, to track ongoing projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Act as the main liaison for clients and vendors, coordinating calls and ensuring clear lines of communication.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on prospective leads or vendors and compile information to aid business decision-making.
- Video Updates & Training: Create updates and walkthroughs using asynchronous tools like Loom; comfort on camera is essential.
- Exceptional writing abilities with a knack for effective communication across various platforms including email, phone, Slack, and video.
