We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Executive Assistant to the CEO, supporting an innovative entrepreneur overseeing multiple businesses, including a recruiting agency, a virtual assistance agency, and a modeling agency. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for the CEO across various business ventures.
  • Compose, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and contact databases to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for the recruiting agency.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and clients, vendors, or partners to enhance business relationships.
  • Promote diverse perspectives in hiring and project execution, supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive environment.
  • Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions to the CEO, anticipating needs proactively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a comparable role.
  • Superior organizational and multitasking skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management applications like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
  • A demonstrable commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in professional environments.
  • Capacity to work autonomously, take initiative, and uphold accountability.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience as an executive assistant or in a similar capacity.
  • Familiarity with recruitment or human resources is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of best practices in virtual assistance is a plus.
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
