Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for the CEO across various business ventures.
- Compose, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, records, and contact databases to facilitate efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the CEO and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for the recruiting agency.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and clients, vendors, or partners to enhance business relationships.
- Promote diverse perspectives in hiring and project execution, supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive environment.
- Identify operational challenges and propose effective solutions to the CEO, anticipating needs proactively.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a comparable role.
- Superior organizational and multitasking skills, adept at managing competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management applications like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
