You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform and AI-enhanced tools, to develop impactful solutions that enhance the employee and manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect customized ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients and customers.
- Lead and manage technical teams during the implementation and ongoing operations of HRSD solutions.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and provide expert insights.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by crafting compelling business cases and identifying growth opportunities.
- Over 5 years of experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- More than 5 years of experience leading ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- At least 8 years of experience engaging with clients to ascertain solution requirements and drive enhancements.
- Proven expertise in collaborating with executives to formulate roadmaps and make strategic recommendations.
- Extensive experience with system integrations, interfaces, and data modeling.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities, complemented by exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with other ServiceNow products and HR technologies such as PeopleSoft HCM and Cornerstone On Demand is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and a passion for sharing expertise is a plus.
- Experience working with Federal agencies and understanding their operational requirements is beneficial.
- A Master's degree is considered a valuable asset.
