Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect customized ServiceNow HRSD solutions tailored to meet diverse client needs.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams in the successful implementation and maintenance of these HRSD solutions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and provide expert insights.
- Play a vital role in business development by creating persuasive business cases and identifying growth opportunities.
- Over 5 years of experience in designing and architecting ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- More than 5 years of experience in leading ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Extensive experience (8 years) in client engagement for solution requirement analysis and process enhancements.
- Proven track record in collaborating with executives to develop strategic roadmaps and provide recommendations.
- Strong expertise (8 years) in system integrations, interfaces, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with additional ServiceNow products and HR technologies such as PeopleSoft HCM and Cornerstone On Demand is preferred.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and a commitment to knowledge sharing is a plus.
- Experience working with Federal agencies and familiarity with their unique requirements is advantageous.
- A Master's degree is considered a valuable asset.
