Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manages the deployment and installation of out-of-the-box modules in ServiceNow.
- Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements.
- Serves as technical lead for the implementation and sustainment of Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Configures, develops, and tests workflows.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree and six-plus years of experience in ServiceNow development or equivalent expertise.
- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Security Operations (SecOps), custom application development, and ServiceNow’s Next UI.
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Now Assist Generative AI capabilities is desired.
- Experience with systems integration is expected.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust
- Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment, with a client-centric culture, and an environment of high performers.
- Must be able to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Must be able to work effectively with numerous stakeholder types and bring a group to consensus
