We're seeking a seasoned client director to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth with our largest existing accounts in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, you will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and orchestrate virtual teams to support our esteemed clients. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic leadership to clients, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial targets set for assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage relationships between customers and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Work with solution teams to develop tailored ServiceNow solutions that meet customer strategic outcomes.
- Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, leveraging global resources to drive success.
- Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships across client organizations, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
- Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities to promote outstanding customer experiences.
- Achieve financial targets set for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 7 years of experience in client management, aligning account strategies to revenue opportunities.
- 2 years of experience as a Client Director or equivalent role with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and Executive level relationship management.
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, and IT Operations Management within software or IT sales organizations.
- Experience achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients.
- Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region).
