Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and ensure recruitment records are meticulously maintained.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring accurate documentation and preparation.
- Coordinate orientation sessions and facilitate onboarding activities across multiple departments.
- Manage open enrollment and guide new hires through the benefits orientation process.
- Process payroll and personnel changes with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain electronic personnel files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Collaborate in fostering a positive company culture and employee relations initiatives.
- Assist in the performance management process by working with the HR Manager.
- Stay informed on HR regulations to ensure compliance and assist with policy development.
- Research training opportunities to promote individual and departmental growth.
- Organize company events and team-building activities in collaboration with the Activity Committee.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile relevant feedback for management.
- Participate in special HR projects and prepare data for presentations as needed.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of HR experience; five (5) years preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Paylocity, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is essential.
- Proven ability to assist in developing and communicating HR policies.
