- Administer HR functions associated with payroll, benefits management, time tracking, and personnel data oversight.
- Act as the primary contact for queries from employees and leaders via the HR inbox, providing prompt and informative responses.
- Leverage MS Office 365 tools, with a focus on Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables), to effectively organize and scrutinize HR data.
- Proactively identify and execute process enhancements to optimize HR operations.
- Maintain and refresh HR knowledge bases while generating operational metrics reports.
- Mastery of MS Office 365, particularly Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables).
