Key Responsibilities

  • Keep detailed, updated records of intake activities within our case management system.
  • Prioritize tasks according to client needs and deadlines, ensuring timely handling of cases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to clarify queries and establish robust professional relationships.
  • Propose process enhancements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

Qualifications
