We are actively seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join our expanding team as an Office Generalist. This remote position offers the opportunity to support two distinct, independent businesses while facilitating day-to-day operations and enhancing workflow efficiencies. You will play a crucial role in both logistics and service areas, managing diverse administrative tasks aimed at fostering the growth and operational success of both entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate HR support by managing onboarding processes and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist management in processing employee documentation and generating necessary reports.
  • Oversee delivery tracking to uphold customer satisfaction and performance metrics.
  • Handle invoicing for clients and contractors, ensuring timely transactions.
  • Process payroll through ADP and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to the development of efficient operational processes that support organizational growth.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information, including payroll and customer data.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support as directed by management.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role or related field, with strong clerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining high efficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and management.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in office administration or small business settings is essential.
