Key Responsibilities

• Lead with a clear vision by establishing strategic direction and priorities to ensure operational success across the region.
• Drive exceptional outcomes by meeting financial and operational objectives while upholding the highest quality and service standards.
• Foster business growth by spearheading development initiatives, securing new accounts, and cultivating existing relationships.
• Inspire and empower high-performing management teams through dedicated mentorship, training, and continuous development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement innovative programs that align with the evolving needs of clients and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accountability by managing budgeting and financial reporting processes in alignment with corporate goals and compliance standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of six or more director-level or higher team members.
• Strong background in contract food service, with particular emphasis on higher education foodservice.
• Extensive experience leading multi-unit foodservice operations with a combined managed volume exceeding $200 million.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while navigating various degrees of ambiguity.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of effectively presenting at the executive level.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset for decision-making in a results-driven environment with a focus on fees and P&L.
• Strong judgment skills, enabling timely and informed decision-making.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of experience in leadership roles within foodservice operations.
• Demonstrated success in managing director-level staff in a multi-unit operational setting.
