Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete silicon product supply chain, ensuring a seamless transition from raw materials through to finished products.
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive 5-year supply chain strategy, proactively addressing future demands and potential risks to sustain our growth.
- Collaborate extensively with diverse teams, including sales, product management, and engineering, to synchronize supply with market requirements and achieve strategic business goals.
- Lead continuous enhancement efforts by identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving quality control, and optimizing logistics to elevate efficiency and profitability.
- Cultivate and guide a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, instilling a culture of innovation and commitment to excellence.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a minimum of 15 years in supply chain management, including over 5 years in a global leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain principles, and industry benchmarks.
- Strong strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term strategies while adapting to evolving market conditions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving acumen, with a track record of harnessing data to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels and fostering collaborative relationships.
- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on leadership within a global context.
