Key Responsibilities
- Lead the supply chain operations for all silicon products, from wafer procurement to the shipping of finished goods.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 5-year supply chain strategy to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to create demand forecasts for various timeframes.
- Ensure that the wafer supply strategy aligns with both supply capabilities and financial objectives.
- Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure optimal conversion of wafers into finished products, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies while managing global contracts and supplier relations.
- Oversee manufacturing and logistics processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor, report, and enhance supply chain performance metrics continuously.
- Administer capital and operational budgets to maintain adequate supply levels.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to support our rapid business growth.
- Extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics within a global context.
- Strong proficiency in supplier management and contract negotiations.
