Key Responsibilities
- Develop project charters and detailed project plans.
- Oversee financial aspects, monitor progress, and manage estimates at completion (EAC).
- Handle all project elements, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, and procurement.
- Lead medium- to large-scale projects, ensuring deliverables support organizational goals.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular communication to ensure project alignment with objectives.
- Implement PMO standards and methodologies for streamlined project delivery.
- Proactively identify and address risks or issues that may impact project outcomes.
- Monitor project outputs to guarantee alignment with expected benefits.
- Mentor and guide project team members to promote a collaborative and accountable culture.
- Support project prioritization and create essential documentation, such as charters, risk assessments, and budgets.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, particularly in planning, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and facilitation abilities for effective meeting and vendor relationship management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in complex environments.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, emphasizing risk mitigation and scope management.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience with enterprise software implementations and resource management.
