- Develop and implement comprehensive project charters and meticulous plans.
- Monitor budgets, estimates at completion (EAC), and project progress to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Manage essential project components, including scope, schedules, costs, quality, resources, risks, and procurement practices.
- Lead significant projects, addressing interdependencies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with leadership teams and various business units.
- Maintain regular engagement with stakeholders, integrating their feedback and ensuring project alignment.
- Provide consistent updates on project progress, facilitating open lines of communication.
