Key Responsibilities
- Direct the comprehensive implementation of SaaS solutions for high-value clients (ranging from \(50K to \)100K ARR), ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
- Assist clients with system configuration, financial integrations (including QuickBooks and Sage), data migration, user training, and setups across multiple locations.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, fostering collaboration among customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage intricate project plans to guarantee timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including trainers, data specialists, and solutions consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and rectify inefficiencies while promoting process enhancements to boost scalability and efficiency.
- Create reusable resources such as project templates, best practices, and checklists to facilitate future implementations.
- Lead customer meetings, monitor project progress, tackle challenges, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Contribute to the advancement of the project management function, focusing on expanding capabilities over the next 12-24 months.
- 5-8 years of experience in managing SaaS or IT system implementations, specifically focused on financial system integrations and data migrations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate clients through complex technical initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technical integrations, particularly in financial systems and data migrations.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale client implementations through both tactical execution and strategic process development.
- Proficiency with project management tools (such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, fostering the development of robust client relationships.
- Experience in risk management, financial oversight, and vendor collaboration.
- Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, or other project management credentials.
- Background in professional services P&L management, encompassing project financials and business metrics.
