- Spearhead the comprehensive implementation of SaaS solutions for high-value clients (\(50K-\)100K ARR), ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Support clients through system configuration, financial integrations (QuickBooks, Sage), data migration, user training, and multi-location setups.
- Establish project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics, collaborating effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans to guarantee timely and budget-efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including trainers, data specialists, and solutions consultants, to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Identify process inefficiencies and spearhead improvements to enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
- Create reusable tools, such as project templates, best practices, and checklists, to streamline future implementations.
