Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, services, and support to ensure product success and alignment.
- Utilize your knowledge in IT automation, focusing on areas such as Job Scheduling, Workload Automation, and Service Orchestration & Automation Platforms (SOAP).
- Spearhead the launch of new products and the rollout of updated versions for both SaaS and private cloud offerings.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the product portfolio to diverse stakeholders, from executives to end-users.
- Partner with Agile teams to define product requirements, collect customer feedback, and ensure that offerings align with market needs.
- Leverage your technical expertise in modern IT infrastructure, including cloud services, DevOps, and data platforms, to guide product innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging technological trends such as AI/ML and Containers, and apply this knowledge to inform product strategy.
