We are in search of a seasoned Virtual Executive Assistant/Project Manager to become an integral member of our innovative and collaborative team. This position offers flexibility, with available hours ranging from 20 to 40 per week based on your preferences. As a key team player, you will operate remotely and contribute significantly to delivering outstanding service to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a variety of client accounts, effectively managing multiple priorities with a strong emphasis on urgency and precision.
  • Assume comprehensive executive assistant duties, including the management of marketing systems, website updates, third-party platforms, content generation, and social media oversight.
  • Facilitate seamless client communication to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Prepare and present daily and weekly reports for clients, keeping them informed and content.
  • Maintain meticulous time tracking and reporting.
  • Engage in regular team discussions and occasionally lead client meetings when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proven ability to work autonomously while being an essential member of a remote team.
  • Extensive customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Wix, Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, CRM tools, and others.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a background in developing efficient systems and processes.
  • A resourceful mindset with a research-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Flawless grammar and attention to detail.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent collegiate education.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative assistant position.
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive assistant or project management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM platforms, and project management software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A well-equipped home office with a Mac or PC, high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a professional work environment.
