Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead customer and market cultivation across the USA. In this pivotal position, you will embody our brand with vigor and proficiency, while concentrating on the establishment of robust relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your role will include the management and enhancement of customer accounts through adept Key Account Management strategies within a B2B framework. The focal point of your efforts will be to uphold exemplary customer satisfaction while striving to meet the sales objectives set forth by the VP of Sales for the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee your business portfolio in alignment with our sales strategy, objectives, and fiscal activity plans.
  • Engage and expand relationships with current and potential customers through customized proposals and principled sales methodologies to drive service excellence and business expansion.
  • Produce sales reports and forecasts, meticulously tracking sales performance to ensure target alignment.
  • Implement business strategies effectively, maintaining a strong emphasis on generating contributions to our overall success.
  • Conduct thorough market research and keep abreast of industry trends to provide insightful product development briefs to our design and sales leadership.
  • Maintain visibility and accessibility to nurture customer relationships within your designated USA customer base.
