Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a results-driven National Sales Manager to spearhead our customer and market development initiatives across the USA. In this critical position, you will act as a leading representative of our organization, utilizing your outstanding relationship management capabilities to connect with customers and prospects. Your essential focus will be on nurturing existing relationships while strategically pursuing new opportunities, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and meeting our team's objectives in line with the budget established by the VP of Sales - AMERICAS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and manage your business portfolio and territory in accordance with our established sales strategy, targets, and activity plans for each fiscal year.
  • Foster and enhance relationships with current and prospective customers through ethical sales practices, customized propositions, and effective internal collaboration to improve service quality and stimulate business growth.
  • Generate and interpret sales reports and forecasts to assess performance and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Execute business strategies with a dedicated focus on contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product development, sharing insights bi-annually with pertinent stakeholders.
  • Maintain visibility and accessibility to cultivate strong customer relationships, concentrating on our identified customer base in the USA.

  • Proficient in customer relationship management and sales activities, even when resources are limited.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • A well-established network within the American patio furniture industry.

Working Conditions

Location: Miami, Florida / Remote, with regular travel to our office/showroom in Florida.

Hours: 40 hours a week, flexible schedule, with daily contact with the sales support team based in Asia.
